Nigerian senator, Binta Masi Garba, says her primary constituency is in the Kitchen and the other room

Yesterday at the Senate's plenary, Senator Binta Masi Garba speaking to Adamawa North, told her partners that her primary constituency is in the kitchen and the other room. 

"My primary constituency is to be in the Kitchen before being in the senate, as a lady

and I am pleased to be in the Kitchen and the other room"she said.
