65 Corpers Repeat Service Year As NYSC Observes 'Low-Key' Passing Out Ceremony Nationwide

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has completed the current year's yearly passing out and winding up ceremony for the 2015 active Batch "B" stream "I" corps members across the country.

An aggregate of 7,298 corps individuals are relied upon to go out of the service year in
the 2015 Batch B. Out of that number, 4,080 corps members will be passing out as stream I, while the rest are stream II and will pass out on November 4, 2016.

Talking at a 'going out' service on Thursday at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Kubwa, Abuja, the Director-General, Brig.- Gen. Sule Kazaure, uncovered that around 65 of the corpers won't go out because of one reason or the other.

He said: "For the time being, just the 2015 Batch B stream I is passing out and they are 4,080. "Whatever remains of them who are in the 2015 Batch B stream II will pass out on Nov. 4, 2016.

"Around 65 of them won't go out because of one reason or the other. These corps members are prone to confront an expansion of their administration year.
