A 18-year old man identified as Abdullahi Mohammend Tuesday drummed up some excitement at the Oredo Magistrate Court when he defecated on his body in a matter of seconds before he was to be summoned.
Abdullahi who was accused for taking four cartons of powder milk having a place with
one Favor Nwachukwu was conveyed to the court by some policemen drove by Sergeant Aigbochie Iruonagbe.
In the wake of pooing on his body, he began strolling around the court premises even while policemen that brought him searched for option garments for him.
In spite of being cuffed, Abdullahi removed his trousers and took to his heels however policemen made up for lost time with him.
The policemen later purchased a pack of sachet water to tidy him up and gave him some garments to wear.
The prosecutor, Inspector Thomas OJo, told the court amid arraignment that the offense was conferred on October 8, at Mission Road in Benin City.
The denounced pleaded not guilty when the charge was perused to him.
Managing Magistrate, J. O Ejale suspended the case to October 14 for hearing and governing however remanded the suspect to jail care.
