DSS releases "wanted" journalist, Ahmad Salkida


A Nigerian journalist announced wanted by the authorities for asserted connections to Boko Haram has been discharged from custody, the BBC reported him as saying on Wednesday. 


The military said a month ago it needed to address Ahmad Salkida for professedly
hiding data on the more than 200 schoolgirls grabbed by the Islamists over two years prior.

Nigerian media reported that he was captured when he touched base in the capital Abuja on a flight from the United Arab Emirates on Monday.
