Today, 40-year-old Chinagoro Uwenke who uses her child to beg was arrested by agents of Lagos State Environmental and Special Offenses Unit (Task Force) at Oshodi.

while parading the suspect unveiled that there were numerous fake poor people imagining and misleading pure individuals in the public with various ailments/sicknesses.
According to task force, Uwenke affirmed that she wrapped her child's leg with two moves of white swathe and poured GV blue ink on the leg consistently so as to deceived individuals in the public to offer arms to the guiltless kid.
She said they both live at Oloko-danna, Oyingbo and that she halted her child tutoring in JSS II at Oworebiri Secondary School, Ata Town, Abia State, for begging, when she understood that it was a lucrative business where she made N3,500 to N5,000 once a day.
She said "I brought my child, Sunny Uwenke, 11 years of age to Lagos five years back to ask for arms while the staying five youngsters are at Ata Town in Abia State with their dad." She said she profited at Oshodi than some other region of Lagos as a result of higher deluge of individuals around the range.
She however begged the legislature not to charge her to court as she is prepared to about-face to her town and re-join with her family deliberately. The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni has coordinated that she be quickly charged to court… . while asking the individuals who av given her charity, to approach wt proofs, for a discount… .
