The founder and head minister of Love Fire Ministry, a Benin-based pentecostal church, Pastor Godwin Emmanuel, has been killed by gunmen.
The expired who was otherwise called Prophet Speed, was shot dead on Sunday night along Oko Central street, off Airport street, Benin, Edo state. The late pastor was

Head of media of the church, Festus Edema, said the minister was en route to convey food items to individuals from the church who are in need and to drop one of his individuals at Oko Central street, when he was shot dead by yet to be identified gunmen.
Edema clarified that the killers put on a show to push their car that broke. "The man of God halted for them to pass with the goal that he can have his way. He never realized that they were the people who came to assault him. So they shot him in the chest and stomach.
Being a strong man, despite everything he attempted to put the car in switch and as he was turning around the car, he hit the fence and they came and shot him at short proximity. That shot killed him," Edema clarified.
