The Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport will be briefly closed on Tuesday night, the Federal Government has said.
Managing Director of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, Saleh Dunoma, who declared this on Thursday said the conclusion was for the restoration of the runway anticipated that would keep going for a month and a half.
He included that the airplane terminal would be re-opened for operations on April 19, 2017.
He stated, "Ordinary operations will re-initiate at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on the nineteenth April, 2017.
"The Authority has set up important offices that will guarantee the wellbeing and security of all air terminal clients and consistent assistance at the Kaduna International Airport.
