Six members of a gang that robbed a micro-finance bank on Tuesday Novembe 15 along Mayne Avenue by Inyang Street in Calabar, have been arrested by the Cross River State Police Command, while the seventh member died during a gun battle.
The state Commissioner of Police Mr Jimoh Ozi-Obeh, who paraded them said: “We
recovered one black Toyota Camry without number plate; one locally made pistol, pump-top handset, phones, ATM cards and others."
